When you sign up with us, you can choose whether you want to receive
emails from us. If you initially choose to, you can always change your
mind by unsubscribing from our emails. We do not send unsolicited
emails. Intellectual property rights - All intellectual property on
our website, including but not limited to trademarks, graphics, images,
copyrights, layout and design of our website are owned by us or our
content providers.

If after placing an order with us, if we learn that there will be delays
in shipping to you (beyond the prescribed), or that we are out of
stock, we will contact you immediately.

The payment gateway we use is powered by our website provider Shopify. This is a secure gateway you can trust.

We only accept the return of our products if the products are pristine,
if the products are damaged upon arrival or if they are not fit for
purpose. In circumstances where the product has been damaged, we cannot
accept the return and refund the purchase price.

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages lost by: Postnl & DHL. A refund of your money is therefore not possible. If research shows that the product is missing, we use a new product.

We only accept returns that have been returned within 14 days from the
date of purchase. Should this be the case, please contact us immediately
at info@osutori.com and we will arrange a refund.

difficulty applying the products / with the wearing time, please contact
our customer service directly at: info@osutori.com and they will
support you to solve this.
