Shipping & Delivery
When you place an order in our online shop, you will be charged €4,95 for shipping within the Netherlands. If you place an order outside the Netherlands you will be charged an amount calculated to you location.
Delivery Times
We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Our expected delivery time is typically within 1-2 working days. Packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend may take an extra day to arrive.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information to monitor your order.
How to return
Although we hope you love the items, sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items to us within 14 days of your parcel being delivered, provided that items are in their original condition with tags intact (unless faulty).
Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with the tags attached for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. You will receive a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
Follow these steps to return your item:
- Send an email to info@osutori.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive confirmation and the return address within one day.
- Include a note with your order number inside the package and ensure the product is in its original packaging. Seal the package securely.
- Ship the package to our address. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
After Receiving Your Package
Within five working days of receiving your return, we will notify you through email. We will inspect the item to ensure it is in good condition and complete. If everything is in the right condition, we will proceed with processing your return.
Damaged or Worn Items
If the item shows signs of wear or damage, we may charge you for depreciation. This charge will be equivalent to the item’s original price or the cost we incur to repair it. We will contact you before processing such returns.
Defective Products
If the product is defective or damaged, we will assess whether it falls under warranty. Repairs covered by warranty will not incur charges. If not covered, we will discuss the next steps with you.
Processing Your Return
Once we accepted your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, always within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued by the same payment method used for the purchase.
